Our main services

We have over 25 years of experience in architectural design

detailed drawings and personalized plans for the construction of new houses, extensions of all types as well as for all types of accessory buildings.

Single-family house

(contemporary mini-house, high-end rustic chalet, Californian single-storey type, typical regional bungalow, urban cottage, mid-century split-level, with or without attached garage) with a maximum floor area (cumulative above-ground levels)  600 m.ca / 6458 square feet. 

 

Independent garage

Construction erected on conventional poured concrete or monolithic slab type foundation,

with or as an optional roof configuration with habitable type roof trusses for storage or utility area.

 

Multi-unit housing

Plex type construction (duplex, triplex up to quadruplex) with a maximum floor area (cumulative above-ground levels) of 300 m.ca / 3229 square feet.

Our architectural drawings and plans are designed, produced and respecting industry standards, in compliance with the Quebec Construction Code, chapter 1, Building and National Building Code and according to municipal requirements and regulations.

Despite PRO PLAN INC. is mainly focused on the housing residential sector,

as an office of professional architectural technologists we are able to produce plans for the construction of several types of buildings, in compliance with the law on architects
